Dr. Abhay Trivedi has substantial global experience in analyzing and advising organizations in China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Mexico, Canada, Europe, and North America. For more than 25 years, he has been assessing project management needs for complex multi-national businesses, evaluating alternatives, and implementing technology solutions in the automotive, defense, consumer goods, electronics, and alternative energy industries. He is also the author of several popular books on Project Management.

Dr. Trivedi has helped corporations such as BP, Siemens, Intel, BMW/MG Rover, Solvay, Aozora Bank, Children’s Hospital, Hearst Corporation, Xerox, NRG, and Abbott establish PMO’s and enhance their implementation of Project and Portfolio Management strategies. He was responsible for launching Microsoft Project Server for Microsoft Corporation in the Southeast and won accolades and an award for being the most effective presenter. He has long helped companies set up Earned Value Management strategies to better manage their project matrices.

Dr. Trivedi has also held Academic Ranks in Major Universities as a Professor, Chairman, Dean, and Vice President of Academic Affairs. Some universities he has been affiliated with are the University of Houston, Emory University, the University of South Carolina, Wilberforce University, North Carolina A&T, and Southern Illinois, University at Carbondale.

Dr. Trivedi's other highlights include: Coordinated a major outsourcing of systems and component parts in India and China for a Fortune 100 Client; Led a large-scale Supply Chain and Logistics project of a new automobile for a major U.K automotive company; Provided a major Tier 1 supplier with a complete methodology for entry into the Automotive OEM ABS market; Provided a major Oil & Gas Exploration company with a framework for improving Business Profitability; Directed a large Center for Electronics Manufacturing for the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Unit.

Dr. Trivedi is a well-known and respected trainer for Six Sigma, Project Management, and other professional certifications. He has been recognized as a NASA Research Fellow and an Oak Ridge National Labs Fellow. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute, Risk Management Professional (RMP) certified by PMI, PMI-ACP Agile certified by PMI, and Six Sigma Black Belt certified. He also holds a Professional Logistics/Supply Chain Certification from The Logistics Institute at Georgia Institute of Technology.
