Course Contents
The advanced MS Project Server course is designed to give project managers and the project team the power to use one of the most sophisticated and affordable tools to run projects.
The MS Project Server is an Enterprise Project Management tool that is far more sophisticated than its predecessor Project Server. There are several collaborative features built into the server, along with cross-referencing of projects, selective distribution of resources, sophisticated reports, and a host of dashboard functions. Earned value reports can be easily generated, and the logic for execution of complex tasks can be easily set up.
The project server is designed to minimize time on routine activities and use the power of OPA and other knowledge tools to solve complex project/program tasks faster.
