Course Description

The Advanced Project Management course is designed for project managers to go beyond the basics of project management and learn advanced concepts such as critical chain method, project simulation, process simulation, cash flow analysis, and project profitability models.


The advanced project management course provides project managers with challenging scenarios of complex projects that have succeeded in the past, even under challenging conditions. The project manager will be provided with all the tools and techniques to make judgments on running projects under different scenarios and come up with solutions and alternatives to make the project profitable and satisfy the customer requirements.


The advanced project management course will also address concepts such as systems engineering, Six Sigma, and lean management as they relate to running projects.
