Course Description
Earned Value Management is offered both as a PDU course and as a certification course due to the increasing need for Earned Value Management experts both in the private and government sectors.
The Earned Value Management course is designed for project managers who want to implement earned value parameters in all their projects, along with learning a methodology for implementing earned value principles in specific activities.
Earned value is both qualitative and quantitative. It is qualitative due to the nature of how earned value is calculated, and it’s quantitative since it involves the manipulation of actual costs and variances. In short, earned value guarantees the methods used to calculate variances within a project are consistent, verifiable, and logical. The earned value management course is designed as a practical course with real exercises in MS Project.
