Enterprise Project Management

2 Days. 16 PDUs.

Manage multiple projects and optimize resource allocation within an organization to improve efficiency and project outcomes.

Course Description

The term enterprise project management came into play over the last decade, coinciding with the advent of many enterprise project management software specifically targeted at mid-size and small-size businesses.

Enterprise project management relates to the handling of more than one project at a time, along with manipulating hundreds of resources and their attributes, all of which are located in the roles of project/program participants in the company’s active directories or a centralized database. Enterprise project management also refers to the breakdown of project/program information based upon the roles of project/program participant.

This course looks at the set-up, functionality, execution, and security levels created for enterprise project management, as well as examples of setting project priorities and shifting resources across multiple projects.
