Course Description
The term enterprise project management came into play over the last decade, coinciding with the advent of many enterprise project management software specifically targeted at mid-size and small-size businesses.
Enterprise project management relates to the handling of more than one
project at a time, along with manipulating hundreds of resources and their attributes, all of which are located in the roles of project/program participants in the company’s active directories or a centralized database. Enterprise project management
also refers to the breakdown of project/program information based upon the roles of
project/program participant.
This course looks at the set-up, functionality, execution, and security levels created for enterprise project management, as well as examples of setting project
priorities and shifting resources across multiple projects.
