Course Description
The Introduction to Project Management course is designed for anyone wanting to understand the design, planning, and execution of real-world projects. The course covers a lot of ground with respect to processes involved in planning, executing, and controlling a project, as well as the initiation and closing aspects.
The course takes the user through the journey of a real-world project with an explanation of each created template, reports, and the interpretation of reports. It also provides an insight into the creation and usage of dashboards used in modern-day project management. Finally, this course can be taken before or after passing the PMP exam, and it will provide valuable insight to the user either way.
