Course Description

The MS Project advanced training course is designed for project managers who are familiar with the basic running of MS project software. It is intended to cover a lot of ground in exploring the advanced features of MS Project, including customization of variables, reports, earned value management, graphical indicators, macros, and a host of other advanced functions.
