Course Description
The MS Project advanced training course is designed for project managers who are familiar with the basic running of MS project software. It is intended to cover a lot of ground in exploring the advanced features of MS Project, including customization of variables, reports, earned value management, graphical indicators, macros, and a host of other advanced functions.
The Mastering MS Project course will allow the project manager to coordinate large projects, including the use of templates, other projects, and selective attributes combination. The course will also discuss the next steps with respect to working with MS Project Server and SharePoint services.
