Course Description
The MS Project Server course is intended for project managers who are involved in enterprise project management. The latest offering by Microsoft in the enterprise project management arena is MS Project Server, which is based on SharePoint Services.
This course will train the project manager on all aspects of the Project Server, including administrative functions, resource handling, dashboards, multiple project updates, custom reports, earned value, and team functions. The Project Server is a powerful tool that goes way beyond the functionality of basic MS Project and allows the project manager significantly more time on communication by automating most routine functions that take away a significant amount of time managing any project.
The MS Project Server is a hands-on course with practical project exercises on the actual software for 3 days.
