Course Description
The Pre-PMP course is designed to let project managers better utilize their time and effort toward successfully passing the PMP certification exam on the first try. The course will guide the project manager through the PMBOK in a user-friendly way by focusing on process breakdown by knowledge areas, process breakdown by process groups, and process breakdown by common sense. The course also performs an assessment of the project manager’s knowledge of project management fundamentals, including the ability to solve basic problems in cost, quality, and risk.
Finally, the pre-PMP course will provide the project manager with a series of practice exams that test his overall knowledge in the field of project management both from a micro and macro level. A must course for anyone taking the PMP Certification Fourth Edition.
