Course Description
The Risk Management course is designed from the project perspective. The fundamentals of risks are always well understood by any project manager. However, risk is a complex topic that requires a sound knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative methods as well as sophisticated communications and perception.
This course explains risks as they play out during various phases of a project and deep dives into some key quantitative and qualitative techniques. Risks are often considered the consequence of poor planning, as most risks can be avoided by taking preventive measures.
The course also provides examples of risk registers generated using SharePoint services and the MS Project server. A complete and in-depth course for any risk practitioner presented in the most user-friendly format.
