Software Games for Project Managers

1 day. 8 PDUs.

A fun course teaching project managers how to develop a coherent and efficient team through creating animated and simulation games.

Course Description

The process modeling course is designed as a complement to all the other project management courses to allow the project manager to understand the significance of process flow diagrams and the simulation of process flow diagrams in depicting the success of processes as it results in generating the right product at the right time.

This course is a combination of two courses, process flow mapping and simulation. It includes tips and tricks to create process flow diagrams from scratch as well as using the industry standard simulation software that allows for the simulation of processes and their interaction with various systems within a project.

The process modeling course helps you reveal hidden relationships in your process, find trouble spots, conduct risk-free experimentation, communicate your ideas quickly, find the projects that will provide the highest overall return, and more.
