Course Description
Visual Aids for Project Managers is a fast-paced one-day course designed to allow the
project manager to use and test a lot of project-friendly tips and tricks to enhance team interaction, alleviate team conflict resolutions, understand complex technical requirements, and overall have
the confidence and fun in running complex projects.
There are possibly over a thousand visual
aids available in the field of project management today. However, this course will get into
creating and using some of the most helpful visual aids, including diagrams, animations, color-coded charts, statistical tools, human resources charts, histograms, and a host of other visual
aids to maximize the efficiency of teams and satisfy customer communications requests.
The
course covers visual aids from all nine PMBOK knowledge areas and includes a sample CD of
over 50 key visual aids given to project managers at course completion.
