For Youth / Leadership Mentoring

Youth leadership brand building

Students learn to lead a real project, tell the story behind it, and carry that credibility into applications and interviews.

The mentoring track

Over a semester, each student works one-on-one with a mentor to define their strengths, launch an initiative in their school or community, and document it using the same project management practices we teach professionals.

  • Strengths and values discovery
  • Personal leadership brand statement
  • Design and launch of a community or school initiative
  • Project planning, stakeholder mapping, and milestone tracking
  • Public speaking and interview practice
  • Portfolio, resume, and LinkedIn presence
