For Youth / Leadership Mentoring
Youth leadership brand building
Students learn to lead a real project, tell the story behind it, and carry that credibility into applications and interviews.
The mentoring track
Over a semester, each student works one-on-one with a mentor to define their strengths, launch an initiative in their school or community, and document it using the same project management practices we teach professionals.
- Strengths and values discovery
- Personal leadership brand statement
- Design and launch of a community or school initiative
- Project planning, stakeholder mapping, and milestone tracking
- Public speaking and interview practice
- Portfolio, resume, and LinkedIn presence
Outcomes
A launched initiative
